Faith’s Journey Transitional Housing Program
Educate. Equip. Empower.
We understand that the journey to independence and economic stability is not easy, which is why we offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to support our clients every step of the way. Our dedicated staff and volunteers are committed to empowering women and their children to regain control of their lives and build a brighter future. By providing transitional housing services, we aim to break the cycle of homelessness and domestic violence, ultimately creating a stronger and more resilient community for all.
Mission
To provide safe and supportive transitional housing services to women and their children who are experiencing homelessness and domestic violence. Our primary goal is to offer a temporary home where women can find economic stability, healing, and the resources to rebuild their lives.

Our Services
What We Provide
Our Transitional Housing Program is a longer-term, temporary housing option where residents can stay for up to one year. It is time-limited, but service-rich and intensive, designed for clients with deep but nonpermanent needs. Through our program, we provide a variety of services to address the unique needs of our clients. This includes providing a safe and secure living environment, access to counseling and support groups, case management services, life skills training, and connections to community resources such as educational programs and job placement assistance.

Transitional Housing
Our survivor-focused program enhances our residents’ autonomy by nurturing their capacity to live independently, establish economic stability, and ultimately secure permanent housing. It features professional staff to assist women in developing their own goals for education, employment, housing, personal growth, and much more. It is designed to empower women — giving them the skills and self-esteem they need to break the cycle of poverty.
